On my way to 10,000 steps
I recently started using Fitbit A part of my exercise routine spice fitness. This is more than a pedometer.

My Fitbit One helped me get another perspective on the different ways you pursue fitness.

Spinning: At first, I was not recording some sort of spinning. Then I discovered that I had to get my camera out of my size. Unregistered seated pedaling, standing only. But if I put the device in the sleeve of my shorts and my sports bra spice fitness, I accumulate a lot of steps.
