Back in February, when I was fired from my previous employer, I started working on a new fitness program called Crossfit.
As someone who has always believed in the exercise as a "good thing", I thought I would give this program a try, because a lot of people online seem to think that was Neato torpedo. Before starting the program, I thought it was in very good shape fitness gun.
I was wrong. Crossfit has spent the last six months kick in the ass, and I loved every minute. I can also attest that it works, and works very well fitness gun. If you follow the WOD (exercise day) and to scale to the size / power / physical, Crossfit will get faster and stronger.
"Well, that's fine, Caleb, but what does that have to do with the shooting?" I'm very glad you asked me that fitness gun. When triggered, especially in gun action games, being faster and stronger are good things.
Having a balanced solid body means that you get to rewind the transition towards new goals fitness gun faster and move on to new rapid fire boxes.
You may not get tired more quickly, which means that if you're on a stage with a lot of long close-ups, is easier to maintain the fixed gun. Fitness can even be useful in a relatively quiet game fitness gun, as Bianchi Cup, in which be strong and able to hold the gun steady is never a bad thing.
With respect to fitness programs go, I'm a big fan of Crossfit, but there are other programs that work there fitness gun. Certainly if CrossFit as an entity is also a big supporter of the military, naming WOD after soldiers who gave their lives in the exercise of its functions and in general a lot of support from the military community and LE.
If you are involved in sports action shooting, and want an easy way to improve your score a bit, add some physical activity to your practice fitness gun.
You do not have to go crazy and do Crossfit (initially, anyway)fitness gun, but you can do something as simple as running a mile and do some push-ups and squats.
Or just three weeks exercise described SimpleFit.org. Run a mile fitness gun, do a pull-up, but the exercising! Your results and your body will thank you!
