Fitness Stat - Better Fitness Results


I recently started using the bike and perform track Strava iPhone App for my daily and weekly running and cycling activities. Now, I've never been a big proponent of statistics and details of follow meticulous training fitness stat. I've always preferred to use a more intuitive style and sensitive training and monitoring that requires me to listen to my body's natural lines.
