Fitness Twitter - NEW DAWN FITNESS

Great ad! Last week, Bart Yasso announced it will host another # BartChat on Twitter this week! Woot! Even more interesting is that he asked me to help moderate! Excited? Of course I am! If you follow me on Twitter, you probably know how much I love running / cats facilities fitness twitter.

I'm not able to spend hours and hours running as before (at least for the next few weeks!) fitness twitter, I like to spend the extra time, I connect with runners in online exchange stories, share experiences and participate in Twitter chats. People who are new to Twitter, or even to learn about this often ask me these cats, so here's the run down (no pun intended).

"What is a cat?"
"So how does it work?"
"How do I know what to say?"

What's a Twitter chat?

One of my favorite things about Twitter is that you get immediate interaction with people as passionate about your hobby / lifestyle that you are. A Twitter chat is like a great group text instant that participants can exchange ideas and opinions back and forth, in real time ... all in 140 characters or less fitness twitter.

Twitter chats are often stored on a given day at a given time every week and moderators / fitness twitter chat hosts are generally responsible for determining the topic of discussion and / or prepare questions for participants to respond.

Once you start the conversation, participants are encouraged to interact not only with the host hostess, but also with other participants, providing valuable information and help on this fitness twitter.

The advantage of Twitter is a conversation that allows users all around the world to interact instantly fitness twitter, as opposed to the slow response of other sites (eg, updates or Facebook status messages forum).

Twitter chats help you expand your social network and help you find other people interested in the same things you are! As you can imagine fitness twitter, my favorite conversations of participation are that revolve around running, triathlon and general fitness Twitter.
